@Luminarkk Why would it not be true? It is known that there are encirclements in Kursk and the way of solving the problem by Russia is also known. They even got a chance to surrender, which is merciful towards foreign armed troops being active in Russia, which activity fact is also known.

@johntowers1213 New fact is now that France, UK, USA stated to be active with troops in Ukraine, for operating the advanced weaponry. They actually declared war on Russia by doing that. Your question is if it is a joint NATO venture. I think that Russia did not say that it was, but it perceives and states that the mentioned countries are in war against Russia. Any armed citizen inside Russia is of course a hostile enemy to Russia, the more if they are from countries which openly wage war on Russia now. The new secretary (not the leader) of NATO states the exact same as all of the western media and 99,99% of the western poitlicians state. They all support Ukraine for as long as it takes, all unanymous as if it were a organized crime syndicate and not a diversity in opinions. Is this unanymous support, arming, operating , controlling with 'permissions' of Ukraine by all leaders and their obvious one sided thus manipulative media tool (no matter the public opinion) a declaration of war on Russia or not? You tell me.

@CrowPal As I understand, the possibly still present people at around 5 am in the industry area had like 30 min to be out of the targeted area, after the warning. Getting out is the only thing hat people (security personnel etc) can do then. Russia will warn for that purpose as they announced.

Was there maybe a UK hadquarters or were there long range missiles or the by many countries banned anti personel mines in that Dnipro city? Besides that I think that Russia is showing what it would look like in any western city with (war) industry if Russia sends their ICBM package.

@abandonedbuildingexplorer AFU uses lots of terrorists. From all parts of the world, from Portugal to Brasil + notorious central asian terrorists fighting for Ukraine, like some who performed the Crcous terror attack. Russia fights these terrorists everywhere. Question is who funds them. Hillary testified before Congress that the USA funded Taliban jihadists from the ime of the presidency of Reagan for example. As you can see, the állies UK, France, Germany do also fund the terrorist Kiev regime, the most corrupt country in Europe, if not in the world. This all will become public, later or sooner.

I said something about Hillary but my reply got hidden (of course). But still there in the 'Newest first' comments order and scrolling to 2 hrs ago. @FinehomesofNewHampshire With updating the doctrine they may have announced that it is a war now. The enemies are named in it and officially identified as enemies of Russia by the document.
