  2. New development: Macron wants to share his nuclear codes and arsenal with the EU. At the same time the foreign and member states troops (and military materials) have a corridor to move freely through Europe and apparently to never move out the for them foreign countries again. I have no idea who commands these things or if the EU does that or NATO or other. I think this all is anti democratic (the people cannot vote for the EU and for these things) and the forming of a military under the EU institute command is imo a dangerous thing, looking at their drive to want to make war with Russia,
