  3. I always look on Downdetector for the internet fails in my EU country. The fact that such sites exist are evidence of failing internet and servers and sites in the west. So what exactly is different in Russia now?

  4. To me also. NATO is bragging but no proof of what they claim. It's like saing that I made the sun shine this morning. They do an exercise (what then?) and then poof the internet goes out at the neighbor? Weird story. They must explain how or else it didn't happen :)
