Ukraine (or actually British, French and USA soldier teams who in reality operate those specialized systems) have already used Storm Shadows and ATACMS some times like a year ago, but mostly aimed on Crimea and Russian Black Sea assets which was the main western focus until like 6 months ago. So the acts of war by NATO countries are already done, but not acknowledged as such, because of having been done towards disputed territories, though in those territories are the people who separated from the Kiev regime and from Ukraine for discrimination and genocide reasons and are under protection of the Russian Federation now.
