The Luxembourg NATO01 Boeing E-3A Sentry from NATO base Geilenkirchen south west Germany bordering Luxembourg is circling in center-north-east Poland near Kaliningrad (Russian area between Lithuania and Poland and the Baltic Sea) and Belarus. A German Air force Airbus A400M-180 from Hanover, Germany does the exact same there. A USA Air force HOBO12 Boeing KC-135R Stratotanker from Ramstein, Germany also does the exact same. I guess for fueling the planes there.
