  7. All countries send their old or dysfunctional or not-maintainable stuff to Ukraine. I see it as a type of money scheme for or by the weapon manufacturers + corrupt governments to be able to get rid of old materials and buy new ones without having to be accountable by the tax payers. The money sent like a billion now again is some money laundering scheme as I think, because there is no audit at all for some obscure reason, so I think that the money is spent on the new weaponry in the countries that send their old storage.
