@arostwocents Yesterday I did give my personal opinion in a separate comment. If I give my thoughts on it in the comment with this plane/drone info, then in my experience the comment gets deleted. But I think that drone attacks on Crimea are coming when I see the Hawk, because that USA drone gathers the information for that purpose as I think. Maybe it even can steer drones directly, but that would be just my guess.

@themuckler8176 It's in International waters/air space and Russia plays by the book, by the International treaties and laws. Also commercial planes are often nearby in that area, so maybe Russia doesn't want to risk non military lives.
