  3.  @brolohalflemming7042  Because they need propaganda for the Vilnius NATO meeting at July 11. It's only about money from the west now and killing as many Russians as possible as their minister of Defense stated a week ago + Podoliak stated the same equally recently. Ukraine has lost this conflict, no doubt about that and they know it, but now now it's about killing people, gaining money funds and some propaganda.
