It could be true about the origin of the Turkic people in Russia or in cental Asia but conquering those areas now would mean something like the USA conquering Europe, the origin of its people or conquering the UK if you go by he Englsh langiage in the USA. The Turkic people migrated long ago to the modern Tiurkey area, too late to turn that back.
