Russia/Kursk aid workers are still busy evacuating old people and disabled who were not able to leave the area yet from the Kursk invaded territory. The oldies and disabled get shot at though as soon as they try to leave their basement/hiding place for water or food (the enemy has cut off the water and electricity) or as soon as their family comes to get them. Many civilian cars got shot at and quite some civilians get killed from (even close range) shooters while evacuating.
