I read it as: The NY Times doesn't not specify when and where Russians were killed, maybe including Afghanistan, Syria, etc. Also they do not specify it about the Ukrainians but those had only this conflict and I think that the NY Times tries to make public the estimated figures of Ukrainian casualties this way. Idk now how many Ukrainians were ready for fighting at June 4 and how many reserves were called in. A total of 190,000 killed + wounded only from June 4th seems high even for the Ukrainian side, but who knows. The Russian numbers are certainly not of this counteroffensive.

Some months later the Landstul hospital in Germany had a fire in which 4 persons died and I connected it to Walter Reed hospitals and to B. Did some research back then in 2023 about it all. Even the building itself with the tower seemingly separate next to it can have floors underground so that that tower is attached in reality.
