  1. I liked the YF-23 over the F-22 because of mostly its design stealth and top speed capabilities. But I have tremendous respect for the F-22 Raptor (which should be rightly called Lightning in my opinion) as I have seen it deployed and in operations without much issues and its a fearsome fighter in its own right.
