  1.  @Mylifeislegendary982vd3-vI  Your first sentence and your second sentence have nothing to do wth each other. Yes, future ES's won't have a V6, because emissions laws will force it out. Yet, buyers like trainsandlocomotives and myself believe the V6 IS necessary to make this car behave like a luxury car should. You can make a four-banger hybrid powerful, but you can't make it melodious.

  9. Wouldn't work, because the platform lacks the space for AWD with a big engine. FWD with 400 HP would melt the tires while leaving you at the starting line.
