  1.  @travelseatsyellowlab  To the Avalon's credit, it appears to be actually holding its value better than the ES. I did a quickie lookup on Kelley Blue Book on used car prices of 2019's. It was not quite apples to apples because I compared the top-trim Avalon Touring to the second-from-top ES Luxury, but the Avalons were valued at $32k and the ES at a barely higher $33k. Scarcity might be a factor here, of course.
