  1. Amazon charges everybody the same price. If the price goes up or down, it does for everyone, not just you.Just like any other store. Something might cost $199 when it first comes out, but then drop to $149 a few months later. This is common sense people.

  2. The hotel one is truly sinister. But the amazon isn't. They make it sound like amazon prices fluctuate like crazy every minute. But in reality, most things don't change price for months at a time. And if they do, it's only by a few cents. Pretty much everyone knows that electronics will go down in price over time because they're constantly putting out newer, updated versions. And if you put any item in to your shopping cart, amazon will notify you when the price changes, even if the difference is only by 1ยข.

  3. This does not affect me, since I don't travel, and only shop at amazon, which has a fixed rate, and give everyone the same deal. But it is messed up.
