  1. Because of the speed they travel. Most phone camera shutter speeds don’t record light that fast. Cameras record light to take a pic. When you have something traveling 1/6000th of speed and can only capture 1/3500, it gets distorted. The best thing is the AI processing in new phones are making up for lost shutter speed. So we will start having some cleaner shots. If she took this is slow mode, she would have captured more detail. People have to remember that. Maybe Apple will call it a UFO mode so simple people understand it better instead of calling it slow record mode. So instead of recording in 60 fps, e can get 240fps. That will make a huge difference.

  2.  @roger3958 definitely not a drone. People need to stop saying something so simple. This is one of the best recordings. Mainly cause of AI software based camera sensors now. If she recorded in 240 fps, she would have captured more detail. Simple people don’t know this. That thing is traveling 1000 mph. No drones go that fast.

  3.  @roger3958 That object is going same direction as plane. If plane is at 300mph, then this object is at 900+ mph. This is no drone. If a drone went over 300 mph, you would have major casualties on the streets of warfare attack. So trust me. It’s no drone. Simple people need to stop saying it’s a drone. They have no clue on what drones capabilities are. This is actually a clear recording, mainly cause it’s light out, so her shutter speed is maxed, iso low, good fps. Only thing better would have been 240fps. New AI chips in phone will make it easier to capture recording of light. Cameras record light. This is why cameras years ago were always grainy. ISO shutter speed could not record at that speed they travel. They beat the Law of physics.

  5. FPS and AI are making it easier to get cleaner recordings. It’s hard to capture something traveling that fast People have to remember to record in 240fps instead of 60. Massive difference. This will record 240 frames per second instead of 60. Maybe Apple will name it UFO recording for simple people who don’t understand fps and recording speed of light.
