  1.  @kenhiett5266  One of my friends is a huge corvette nut. He used to tell me all the time that a corvette has better build that a Lamborghini Huracan. So I showed him up close the difference and took him for a ride. He now owns a Huracan alongside of his new C8 Zo6. Retirement gifts after he sold his company. Now he’s a huge fan of German engineering. He now wants a GT3 badly and I’m trying to find him one.

  6. Once you drive a corvette after a GTS, you will not want the corvette. Many have sold the vette and got a GTS or GT4. Corvette is a great GT car for cruising. It’s huge in comparison and not as special neither. Corvette is priced accordingly for what it is. It’s worth no more than 80k. A GTS is worth 100k. You need to drive them both to see for yourself. It’s a must. Corvette is a fun car. Porsche is super fun and very special. Plus Porsche build quality is amazing. Corvette is just good in comparison.

  11.  @kenhiett5266  I’ve driven numerous C8’s and a z06. I own a car business and work on them. Lots of my friends own them. Great cars for the money. Corvettes are mass produced at a rapid rate. Press on a bumper on a corvette and they creek badly. Porsches don’t do that. I take it you’ve never been in a newer Porsche. I have lots of Porsche clients who bought C8’s for inexpensive fun car. They all say the build is different. Even they know it after comparing. I notice it big time because I’ve been working on cars for 36 years. Huge difference is, for the price of a C8, buyers are not expecting Porsche top build quality. Both are priced accordingly for build quality.

  14. It’s a Porsche. Not a Honda. This isn’t for bargain shoppers. They sell extremely well for the price. It’s a precious quality piece.

  15. You are missing the Porsche experience though. Speed, sound, handling, precision, braking, fit and finish. The list goes on and on. But a GR86 is a great bargain car reminiscent of the 80’s fun factor sports car. Definitely an iconic car for today.
