  5.  @G-Rated  Why are so many not buying an Acura or Honda with GM partnership? Everyone on Honda groups lost their minds and hate GM. They said it they will switch to Toyota.

  7.  @e8ook981  Definitely not best automaker. Porsche, Audi, Lamborghini are. I drive everything and nothing compares. If they made a truck, American companies would be done.

  8.  @G-Rated  Honda ended up pulling out of the deal with Honda. GM had too many recalls so shareholders voted Honda to look elsewhere now. Thats not good for GM. That was a huge contract. Now GM has to fund the whole Mexico plant on their own. Chinese parts and made in Mexico.

  9.  @TodayWeTry  Porshe is doing it best right now. The whole VW/Audi group is doing great. BMW shockingly is doing great. Honda is another one doing great. Hyundai and Kia might do very well with electric. It’s GM, Ford and Dodge that have me worried. Dodge made a great choice going straight 6 turbo in their trucks. Especially is 540hp and superb longevity that a straight 6 provides. Hopefully. Fords are having way too many issues.

  11.  @JoshuaOverman  Not really. Raptor is a great deal of you don’t do any heavy towing. Plus resale is incredible on a Raptor.

  12.  @jefferson9428  People buy these trucks because of work, tax write offs, business, being a home owner, or they have big things to tow like trailers and boats. Some people buy trucks because they are big and can’t fit in anything else. Some buy them because they love trucks. If someone needs a status symbol, they buy a corvette. Those are the most insecure people. When a person calls a vehicle a status symbol, it usually means they can’t afford it. I have a few expensive vehicles that turn heads. I never bought them for status. I bought them because they are fast and fun, and look insane. I don’t care what others think. I buy a nice truck because I own two businesses and can write them off. The American dream. I get a truck to use for my business and save on taxes. Trucks are expensive because workers get paid a lot to build them. Inflation is high in America because most people voted for it and are ok with their decision. Most Americans are not smart people. Thats why it costs to much.
