  2. elcrack3343 You are just spreading nonsense. Actually German cars coming to US are automatic. American made sports cars are mostly standard. It has to do with German companies making things simpler with one driveline. They also know that DSG trans put all power down with no power loss. Standards are also more stress on turbos as they lose boost upon clutch engagement, whereas the auto keeps the revs and boost smooth improving longevity.
