Years ago companies had to hide money. When Trump was elected, people started putting money back in banks. That way, banks have money to loan. We will go back to cash and put in safe. When we put hundreds of millions in safes, banks can’t use money. Interest rates go up. Remember, we have no incentive anymore. We will also go out and buy foreclosures for cheap and just rent out. Sell when market returns. When houses are selling for cash as foreclosures, banks don’t make money on interest. It happened in 09. Before this pandemic, things were on fire. Democrats wanted to shut things down and people lost out over a flu.
