  1.  @dormaintaylor8159 It’s the heads. Heads are bottled up. So expect 20k worth of mods. Then the transmission will not hold.

  2. I came here to say the same. This was the most overhyped drivetrain. The heads are so bottlenecked, you can’t get power out of them. Turbo is also too small. Transmission won’t handle higher hp and TQ. It’s a dud.

  4. This is in class with 3 series B58. 5 series is a lot bigger with 10 times more rear seat room and a much more massive trunk. TLX is not the car we wanted. We just got stuck with it.

  5.  @Snookynibbles  I didn’t get stuck with it. Everyone who bought it over the hype and promise of tuning would help, got stuck with a slow car. Many years later most people are selling them. I never bought it and got something much faster. I’m just glad I didn’t buy one, like some of my friends did.
