  5.  @lq1129  This will give them a right to riot and strip police of determining whether it’s a riot or protest. Police will have to treat them as all protests. An officer will no longer have the right to make that decision. This right gives only a judge to determine if it’s a riot, but you can’t arrest them, so there will be no judge to determine. Unfortunately it’s the grey area and they will win. Democrats will vote it in. They will all be classified as unrest protests. Insurance will have to deal with destruction of property and rates will skyrocket even more. Welcome to the new world of democrats!
