  1. No, not those who sleeps in the streets and going to live in those shelters. I know this type of migrants very well. Migrants who willing to work work from very first days in the USA. I personally know them. Yes, it’s illegal to work without the permit but anyway it’s better then all those people just sitting in the street and doing nothing.
