The Jews were forbidden from returning to the city when the Romans destroyed Jerusalem and kicked them out in 70 A.D.. If memory serves me correctly, Jews showed back up in the city after the Roman Empire's demise, but they were too few in number to really establish a dominant foothold since Muslims and Catholics also went there.

@TheUTruth Islam acknowledges Jesus, but it claims Jesus was just a prophet and not the Son of God. Acknowledging Jesus' existence means absolutely nothing when a person denies His divinity. This isn't a personal attack against Muslims, but they essentially acknowledge a Christ that doesn't exist.

You are actually wrong. Torahism came first, then Judaism, then Christianity, then Islam. Judaism was NOT the religion God established through Moses. It was the religion of the Pharisees.

"God didn't 'give' it to anyone". Then explain all of the passages where God clearly says that He gave it to the Israelites' ancestors. Explain Eze. 48 showing the land being divided among Israelites again after they return there in the future. Yes, the land ultimately belongs to God, but He did give it to the Israelites, and it is theirs' .

@syedharoonrashidsani6681 Abraham didn't practice Islam. Just because Ishmael was his son, it doesn't make Islam an "Abrahamic" religion. Abraham worshiped the Christ that exists in the Bible, not Allah.

If you were the slightest bit aware of Jerusalem's true importance, you wouldn't make this kind of monumentally foolish statement. King David uniting all 12 tribes under his rule im Jerusalem was a type of Christ uniting the entire world under His rule from that same city. There is a reason why that city was named "Jerusalem".
