  7. Too much religion prevents justice from being impartial. You can't have that, you're better off with no judicial system at all. Otherwise, anybody that has a different religion from the judge is automatically guilty, even if they didn't do it. Bringing religion into the courtroom is stepping over the line. The judge probably just did it to feel powerful.
