  1. Anyone else get the idea that as long as you have an insanely high income, you can buy all of these new cars and they are ALL THE SAME? For 40 years now I hear about wheels, lights, paint jobs, fender flares and other bullshit. Other than trivial superficial bullshit, these cars are all the same. Their build quality has gotten much better over the decades, that's for damn sure. But these newer cars are ALL too damned heavy for their power and they cost too much. Other than that, they are great cars! But they're all the same--lots of looks, lots of power, but they're all too fucking heavy for their power output so when you drive one, they're unremarkable compared to an old-fart car from back in the olden days like a third-gen Mazda RX-7. Whenever people talk about "new" sports cars, all I keep hearing is the same old same old from good cars from 30 years ago. I guess I'm getting really old, I don't see how "Important" it is to have Bluetooth connectivity in a fucking car and I can't understand how people CANNOT DRIVE A CAR without it :) "Oh my GAWD, I can't drive this car!! It doesn't have Bluetooth!"
