That's why the auto industry is going through all the trouble of developing electric cars, which is the only way of producing high power output along with the highest energy efficiency and zero emissions (pollution). The last remaining problem is that long-range electric vehicles are dreadfully expensive, which makes them impractical for everyday use today.
