  2. This is not just for the Jews, it is for all of Israel, the 12 tribes of Israel, Judah is where the Jews came from but for all  of the Israel Tribes... The laws were given to all of Israel and even to the Gentiles .. No one is telling non-believers they need to obey it,,, but then you get people like the Islamic Muslims, who  murder people if they are opposed or if they get offended..
