  1.  @monberg1000  Anyone who has been following this channel long enough knows full well this guy is on the ball a lot more than he is off. Anyone new to this channel will naturally wonder if he is telling the truth or not, you'd have to be stupid no to question it. But if you watch long enough you start to realize what I said earlier, this guy is on the ball. He covered the fall of many Ukrainian cities well before the mainstream media did. Eventually they got around to what he'd been saying for days. People claimed he was lying at that time too. He was also one of the first (that I've seen) talk about the munitions shortages. Again people claimed he was lying, I too was skeptical. Until months later leaders of said nations admitted they've been having munitions shortages. So yea, if you've been following this guy for a while and still think he is a liar, well you're an idiot. If you haven't been following him long, keep following and you'll realize he is quite good.

  8.  @napoleonfeanor  The things being looked at are long term geopolitical trends. Their economy doesn't seem like a long term issue. This is for what ever reason the ebb and flow of how things evolve there. They'll have 10 years of insane economic growth, 10 years of chaos and then another 10 years of insane economic growth. They had a similar situation like today in their economy from the late 1990s into the early 2000s where everything was going to hell with high inflation. Then after the mid 2000s their economy kicked into over drive for roughly 10 years where they had some of the highest growth rates in the world. For one reason or another it is simply how they do things. Don't think it will have any effect on their long term power projection.

  11. I find military conflicts intriguing and tend to follow them in detail. This specific conflict blew my mind, the level of cognitive dissonance from the Armenians was at terrifying levels. They were so convinced of their "racial" superiority that they completely and utterly ignored all the warning signs before this war. I also remember looking into their media outlets during the war and how they were basically saying "we're destroying the Azeris, they're about to give up." This kind of reporting went on until literally the day they surrendered. It's no wonder the Armenian public completely and utterly freaked out when they heard of the surrender. Convinced of their racial superiority and the media telling them stories of how they were winning obviously they were shocked when they heard of the surrender. A rational society would take lessons from mistakes like this but did the Armenians? Oh no, delving into conspiracy theories of how their government sold them out and lost this war on purpose are constantly swirling around. This region should not have been easy to attack and occupy and should have been extremely easy to defend. The terrain is a nightmare for any attacking army.

  12.  @ataab9861  If you bury your emotions and biases and look at the situation rationally I'd imagine it's the opposite. There are literally more Azerbaijani people living in in northern Iran than actually live in Azerbaijan. This is not a sustainable situation for Iran and Northern Iran one way or another in the future will be incorporated into Azerbaijan. I'm not saying this is a good thing or a bad thing, I'm indifferent to it. What I am saying is that this is the most rational and likely scenario in the long term.

  14. You'd have to look at their historical performance to understand their strange economy. They have a crazy boom and bust cycle. 10 years stagnation followed by 10 years of explosion. These ebbs and flows haven't effected their geo political expansion. Nor will it effect it long term.

  16.  @anthonyoer4778  Well yes but technically no. People in Turkey are carry more indigenous Anatolian DNA and the Azeris carry more Persian DNA. They're not really the same people. But they do have the same language and relatively similar cultures.

  19. @Joe Canis, There are few conflicts where you can objectively point to one side being the good guys and one side as the bad guys. This is probably one of those few conflicts where that line is drawn rather easily. 1. Armenia illegally invaded Azerbaijan's legally recognized territory in the 1990s. This is so irrefutable that there isnt' one nation on this planet which doesn't see this region as Azeri teritory. 2. After said illegal invasion and occupation Armenian forces ethnically cleansed every single Azeri civilian from this region. To the tune of 800,000. 3. Azerbaijan was literally enforcing about 4 different UN resolutions with this police action. 4. The entire thing took 44 days and less civilians died than normally do from car accidents every year. A far cry from the 800,000 civilians ethnically cleansed when Armenia took the area in the 1990s. Morally and politically it's a hard thing to define. Legally it's an easy thing to define.

But they do have more specific demographic problems which will surely hamper their efforts going forward. The problem isnt' their breeding rates, their problem is who is breeding. If these trends continue they will surely see an average IQ drop among their population in the next 50 years.

  26.  @MR-177  Turkey actually didn't send any forces in that war. They simply trained them and sold them weapons. Like how Russia trained Armenia and (gave) Armenia weapons free of charge. 1v1 Azerbaijan vs Armenia would be total destruction of Armenian forces. This is what was happening in 2020 if Russia didn't step in and save Armenia's army from being slaughtered like cattle. Makes sense why it worked out that way if you really think about it. The extent of the Armenian military's experience was essentially slaughtering unarmed civilians. When they faced a well trained army it wasn't as easy I guess.

  28. I don't think they're in a position to gain a military foothold in Afghanistan or that they even want it. Their presence was more economic considerations, like providing safety for their construction companies who won a lot of contracts to rebuild the country. They saw what happened to America in Afghanistan, I don't think they're stupid enough to try to project military power there.

I'm sure that's an easy statement to make from the comfort of your home in California but I'd imagine people living there don't feel that they've "done just fine." Perhaps the massive poverty in that country doesn't bother you because you live a comfortable life in the west but I'd bet my bottom dollar it bothers the people who have to deal with the poverty. Imagine the hubris of a human to push someone onto another human due to their emotional needs and have that other person deal with the outcome of the action. Insanity.

The ones who stayed with massacred which is why everyone else had to leave and leave in a hurry because they too would be raped, abused and killed. That is the TEXTBOOK definition of ethnic cleansing. You "cleanse" the area of a specific ethnic group which is exactly what the Armenians did in the 1990s. This is by international law a war crime. A war crime you're literally trying to deny. All your life you've probably hated war crime deniers, did you ever think you'd become one?

  42. @Studentstechtips-bangla6599. It is hard to say who needs who more. Nato needs Turkey not only for their huge military but also their invaluable geographical location. Turkey out of Nato or even with adversaries like Russia would be a logistical and geostrategic nightmare scenario for the west. On the flip side, Turkey needs Nato as well. The main reason being how the Turks see it "Being in Nato prevents Nato from attacking you." lol

  47.  @youryoutubeyoda  For super powers the planet is simply a chess board you move pieces around. For regional powers like Turkey the region is a chess board where they are moving pieces around. Many of those bases are very strategically placed. Especially the ones being proposed in Libya and Sudan. And the existing ones in Somalia and Qatar. It's simply a projection of power which gains influence. If done right they are also very economically profitable as said influence and power projection garner you much better trade deals with nations.

As far as everyone can do everything except Armenia is pure and utter insanity. Armenia is by far the most destabilizing nation in that small little region. 1. It invaded it's neighbor's internationally recognized territory. 2. It's been occupying said territory for 3 decades. 3. It has territorial claims on every single one of it's neighbor's except Iran. 4. It stabs Russia in the back and then demands Russia protect them. So your statement that everyone can do everything except Armenia is insanity.
