@nagarazang I had a similar experience as the OP. Once I hit my ideal weight I didn't change how I eat. I just changed the amounts. I simply eat more but not so much more I gain weight. Essentially maintenance. It isn't that I never have complex carbs, I limit it to once in a while. Same with refined sugars. Oddly enough I find myself eating more food than I ever did and I don't gain weight. I guess it isn't just how much you eat, it is what you eat.
