Was that a public school they were attending? If so how exactly were they expelled? Were their views disgusting? Yea Were their views illegal? No.

@waddellar If you get expelled for actions which are not done in school, they better will be illegal. If it's not illegal, then the school can potentially have a legal mess themselves unless it's a private school. If their litmus test is "bad enough" to kick you out of a service your family pays for via their taxes, who decides what is bad enough? This is madness.

@___zeke___7581 It becomes a legal action if it's a service which one is entitled to as a citizen who pays taxes. Taking away services which you've already paid for via your taxes has a legal component to it.
