@Waton Hedo, Poland carries a much bigger stick in Nato than you realize.

@Tiko3813 Hard for Sweden to "behave" like a Nato member when they're having trouble entering Nato because they have been financing an armed group which has been attacking a NATO member. So unless your assumption is that it's natural for Nato nations to fund terror attacks in Nato countries, your statement that Sweden acts like a Nato member is insanity

@Claude Rosier, A country who's influence is rising. That is who Poland is.

@Ebaybbq Perhaps he is referring to the Canadian protestors who had many of their rights stripped away by the authoritarian regime in charge in Canada. Who knows.

@laurastortoni-hager1510 It's awkward to bring Sweden in. Sweden for what ever their reasons are have been funding and financing armed groups which has been attacking a Nato member, with various methods like blowing up schools and hospitals. It's weird to join a joint defense network when you're helping attack a member of that network no?
1
@Bob Ross, that's some wishful thinking right there.
1
@Ted Anewbie, Canada domestically is 1000x harsher on protestors.

Finland, Poland, Latvia and all those smaller nations near Russia's border obviously have a lot more to lose in all this.
1
@VoidCosmonaut Considering they would all be attacked before Poland yes. Simply look at a map to see who is more at risk.

@clauderosier9328 If you're going to use USA as the bench mark for that, then every single nation in Nato and 99% of the planet are USA's lapdogs. This doesn't mean Poland is weak. It's possible for them to be stronger than other lapdogs no?

@allarjun956 Wars have been started for less. When another nation messes with the judiciary of your nation, that is a serious issue. Expelling diplomats was an underreaction.

@Realdemocracy, that is probably the last thing Canada will be doing. Lets not forget Canada is also the nation which tried to embargo the company which was building the drones Ukraine has been using to defend itself. Thankfully the company was able to manufacture the parts themselves and get a decent amount of those high end drones to Ukraine. At least they have some high tech equipment to use, not much though. It really makes one wonder what kind of shenanigans the regime in Canada is up to these days. All this after it basically broke all democratic norms on their crackdown on protestors. Using draconian methods like having the cops steal their fuel and having their bank accounts frozen because they disagree with the regime. Scary stuff, Canada is no longer a nation others will look up to.

@John Ruiz, It's obvious what he wants. He wants Sweden to stop financing armed groups which are attacking his country. It's awkward to join a military block when you're financing a member of that block to get attacked. It's just a weird situation Sweden has put herself in.

Making money, the opposite of making money is happening for the dude. Obviously that wasn't his motive.
