If she wasn’t sure about procedure because she was new, she should consulted with her superiors and co workers, instead of having a big head and making mistakes. The only stupid questions are the ones you don’t ask. Instead of “hey I’m stuck, I’m not clear on this particular thing” once she realized she was f-ing up, she kept going forward, too good to admit she needed some heads up, then she crossed lines when she had to cover up, and that made her resort to doing illegal moves in order to not look “dumb”. It was pride. It wouldn’t have been breaking laws if she would have asked around, and people could have told her “switch that around, cos if you do it that way, you’ll end up crossing some lines, and end up doing illegal stuff” In many counselors there is safety, a threefold cord isn’t vulnerable but if you just leave it a piece of thread, it won’t be any good. None of this had to happen. Then it got so mired, she went in the direction of covering things up, and lying as a judge is lying under oath. What a mess. But she knew it was happening and chose to break laws anyway trying to “undo” things she did incorrectly. And doing that in a court of law, that’s deadly serious s***. She messed up bad
