  3. Considering the location & time and the Cuban missile crises I'm sure our Gov. would have blamed Russia. Anyone who grew up during that time, knows what would/could have occurred. Tit for Tat and it all falls down. Wonder how many people on this planet would have survived? I'm sure humanity will find out soon enough...
