  1. Their are thousands of concrete structures all across the States that lay in sea water for decades. Golden Gate Bridge, The New York bridges...why are they not compromised or are they? This can't be just one isolated building, there has to be plenty that are on the brink of failure...(can't say that on YouTube.) Why just this building?
