  2. If YOU want something done right. DON'T involve the government. It's that simple. They will miss manage the whole process of making it better. Screening out the people that will abuse this project is paramount. No drugs! That means drug testing, criminal background checks. On sight management. No waiting for government approval. Get them in and working and then out for the next person...Then, private security that has oversight. That's just the start of it all...

  3. Most of these people are NOT homeless because they're down on their luck. Drug use is NOT an excuse for 'Down on one's Luck.' This is not about fixing. This is about management. It's NOT going to look pretty, but 'Portland' needs to take back it's city from the druggies, no matter how it looks. I now live in Maryland after 25 years in this once beautiful rose city. I want my city back!

  6. I left Portland just over a year ago. My favorite city to live in... back when it was a Rose of a city. Now? That Rose has dried up and scorched by the city's liberalism stance on how to live. Let them protest, violently. Let the drug use to continue. This is your bed, now sleep well if you can.

I have the right to do anything I feel, and Government is too afraid of stepping over one's rights. The blind leading the blind.
