  1. It's 'IS' the liberal policies of Portland and Oregon on crime and hard drug use is the cause. Not covid. Covid only exasperated what was already in the air. Portlands government leaders created what Portland is and will become. It's not too late... liberalism is not good. You have to be strong/brutal against crime and hard drugs. I left Portland in 2021 and a sad decision I had to make to survive.
