  1. I lived 2 blocks from there, and when I left the once beautiful Portland, the library was already the place to get one's drug freak on. I was hoping after 2+ years removed. Portland would get better. 😱 So much for wishful thinking. Next hot spot for nefarious activity? Providence Park.
