  1. Humanity keeps allowing these kinds of hideous, evil crimes to continue. Whether the guilt religion imposes on people. They're afraid of imposing a penalty that makes them feel as guilty/bad as the person/act itself, or the penalties humanity imposes on criminals is worth the chance of getting caught of these crimes that occur over and over and over...again around the world. As long as it doesn't happen to my loved ones, oh well, at least I/we did something. The world/countries need to send a very straight forward penalty that requires no interpretation whatsoever. For these kinds of serious crimes/felonies. One gets 2 or 3 chances at rehabilitation then you're done. No discussion, (Already been discussed.) and you will over time, be forgotten! My empathy still remains but has turned to apathy to many who are psychopathic. We've given you a chance and you can't change... your next life you may learn. NOT THIS LIFE, Next!
