  1. Why don't the Court have a Judge magistrate representative, be present at these kind of search and seizures to be sure the Agency involved is on the up and up? That would solve this problem from ever happening. "Hey Agent Dick Bob, you can't take that!' Very informative video. p.s. Didn't the government do the same thing at Waco with David Koresh?
