  1. I think they'll show constraint for Alec not only because of who he is but he put his faith in someone who was supposedly responsible at their job. Considering the situation with $$$, (we all know how important $$$ is.) and time issues of getting things done. Alec will go free.

  2. He's guilty only in that he didn't check his weapon. He put his trust in someone who was to be trusted with what they we're doing. Alec didn't know or had any intent of hurting anyone.

  3.  @WFHermans  It was Alecs movie. Alec could have just fired her and not go through all this drama. That's what people do, fire them, not shoot them.
