  1. You don't rehabilitate murders/gang members... You put them in a cage and leave them. One's free will, to not be a murder, criminal should do the trick, like it does for the majority in humanity. Choose ones path carefully.

  2. This place is EXACTLY why I'm against the death penalty. Death is one's excape of justice and penalty. One must suffer for there evil acts. There is no hell, place of suffering after life. This is the place one commits his/her evil. This is the place he/she will SUFFER there evil. This place can NOT be brutal enough for these evil entity's. Then there's reincarnation...

  7. I wonder if this was not 'another ' reason' why the US never really wanted to stop the war on drugs. #1 reason being MONEY and lots of it. But these cartels killed millions of there own people since the 1970's. I do agree with Trumps stance on striking cartels militarily when they kill US citizens. Find their hide outs, families and drop a couple 2000 pounders on them. But that's just me.

  8. I would normally say yes to the question. But there's to many safe guards in place. He would have bribe a LOT of people, and coordinate precision timing... This would be mission impossible # what, 13 now? He would have to spend every penny, in cash. Around 20 billion my guess to pull this mission off. Good luck shorty pants.
