This long term decline in births is due to theABSENCE of major world wars. I live in Israel and we have an average of 3 births per couple. I am in my mid 50s and I have 2 kids. At work, everyone else has at least 2 kids and some have 3 or 4. Even the a single unmarried women have 1 or 2 kids via artificial fertilization. It is a human condition, once a society passes through wars, there is a natural reaction to have more kids. This happened throughout the World for the generation after WW2. Then, by the mid 1970s, the birth rate gradually fell to the current nadir.

@KadalTerbang666 What did or did not happen 100, 500 or 3000 years ago happened back then. But Israel exists today. Trying to undo that reality is the reason why palestinianists continue to suffer.

 @questions6746 Of course the events of 3000 years ago have a direct impact on today. As a small example, Js pray, facing Jerusalem. Why ? Because of events that occurred 3000 years ago.

@michaelfoley9904 No such thing as "Palestinian" land ! That is land that Israel captured from Jordan in the 6 day war. That war happened because Jordan attacked Israel. From where did the so-called. "palestinians" come from ? They cannot materialize from thin air, can they ?

@MrRatlud Singapore, Monaco, and Hong Kong are very dense too. The people in those places have not turned their place into a 3rd World Sh1thole,, terrorist base though !
