By staying Egyptian or Jordanian, these people would be the aggressor of all the wars they started. Yet,, by "transmuting"' overnight into fakestinians, they create a mythical nationality (which never existed in recorded history). The effect is to shift the guilt away from themselves (the failed aggressors) on to their Israeli victims.
