  3. No. But your fallacy use shows me your level of stupidity. That's amusing. I'm a Blackman so I'll speak for "our people" for a moment. "Literate Black person" is extremely offensive. For 1, are we talking about functional literacy? Literacy on a particular topic? Or is it some abstraction that too esoteric to describe? In any case, since when is Herman Cain's dumbass considered "literate"? He couldn't even say Uzbekistan without making himself seem buffoonish. Cain is selling ME out.
