Do you understand the free speech premise? It means THE GOVERNMENT can't regulate speech. It's meant to protect people who might dissent. It doesn't, however, for making a racist comment that might incite violence. You can't yell "fire!" in a crowded theatre. In a certain context, like at my family reunion, he could very easily be arrested for tryna start a riot.

So in other words, you haven't read what they had to say nor do you want to because you're afraid of being wrong. Fine by me. So much for integrity.

No. It's not meant to protect all speech. It's meant to protect unpopular speech. Tis true. But you can't presume that all speech is non-violent. After all, more than 0.5M Americans died fighting over slavery. Such conversation ain't exactly benign. Furthermore, you're assuming that the words exist in a vacuum. Have you ever read The Framers' comments about the Bill of Rights? Jefferson says what I said almost explicitly. Madison makes a similar allusion. It's time to do your homework.

You're laughable.

So in lieu of an actual argument based on actual data (like mine is), oyu resort to name calling? Way to magnify my point even more. All speech is not protected. It's a simple premise. You missed that part.
