@Blahblobify He was visiting with his father & step-mom. Being kicked out of school doesn't matter. The KID is 17. The murderer is 28. Walking home from the store is not a crime that's punishable by death. You fail again.

@Michaelwasinasia For what it's worth, those Gitmo prisoners are arguably not entitled to due process because they aren't citizens. Aside from that, Consitutional law & UCMJ are different animals. That's arguable if you're a shady lawyer; I'm not. I don't like Gitmo. I detest police brutality upon peaceful protesters (ONLY the peaceful ones. The aggressive protesters are asking for it.) But we have to stay on target here. A boy was murdered by a racist. Let's talk about that.

@WarThug13 You're correct to an extent. People get arrested on probable cause all the time. Charges get adjusted all the time too. Evidence is gathered & processed after the arrest. The murderer (that's what he is) needs to be a jail cell; not his living room.

Here's the info: Zimmerman, a criminal justice degree holder, decided to profile the Black kid who was wearing a hoodie (it was a drizzly night). Trayvon was armed with nothing more than a can of tea. Ignoring the facts is what's lazy. As for Black soldiers committing murder abroad, I never said they didn't. So use something other than a strawman if you want traction.
