@gregwi562 (cont'd) What was more disturbing though was hearing a lecture about faith from 3 drunks. "Jim you gotta have faith" blah blah blah. I'm sure you've heard that shit too. It's amazing how deeply brainwashed people are about religion. I wonder why. Most religious people aren't really "faithful". They're just performers of rites or repeaters of things already said. If you were wondering, I live in Denver. At least I voted against that moron (Buck).

@MilitantPeaceist But I must be honest. I'm not a conspiracy theorist by any wild stretch of the imagination. But sociopolitically, I'm as radical as they get. That said, I think the powers that be may be using these things (religion, gay marriage, etc) as a diversion from other issues. No 1 is talking about the resource disparities in education. No 1 is talking about redeveloping industry here in the States. No 1 is talking about health care overhaul that includes education. That bugs me.

@MilitantPeaceist Funniest of all, they implying a disrespect to "God", an entity on the spiritual plane (if you believe that kinda shit) while admonishing my disrespect to an object on the temporal plane; a BUILDING. Just how stupid ARE people?

@ChristianMission Only in a letter? You're wrong but I'll let you off the hook. The separation is prescribed by the Constitution. The same Constitution which many Christians abuse when discussing freedom of worship & freedom of speech. Here's a newsflash: it's for all citizens; not just you. Moron.

@Elmartillo19 That wasn't their only reasoning they moved to escape imperial control of the king. They moved so they could have the freedom to not be religious. There is a direct separation of church & state. That's how it is.

@gregwi562 Wanna hear a funny story? I'll tell it anyway. I moonlight at a local bar. Every evening I solve a crossword puzzle. My friend asked me if I was really solving the puzzle or just scribbling random letters. I said, "look for yourself". He (& 2 other guys) tried to take me to task about the word "apse". They even challenged me to use it in a sentence. I did but I guess I must've cussed in the sentence because they jumped all over me... about a word that they (churchgoers) didn't know.

@cne08 It's not a big deal. It's a talking point. If people talk, it gains traction. Unfortunately, people are so stupid that they're more concerned with talking points than the actual spirit of the rules.

@MilitantPeaceist I don't even remember what I said to be honest. (Sad, it was only yesterday.) But I think I used the phrase "...tha mu'fucka" Then they got into a mild uproar sying things like "it's blasphemy to use that in the same sentence that contains the word 'church'. " I mentioned no particular church or denomination. I just used the word "church" & they got on alert. I responded, "it's just a building; wood & mortar." They said "would it be just your house" I said, "yes."

@MilitantPeaceist Damn, y'all (& me too) are thrashing that idiot. This should be a lesson to all zealots. Don't use say we're abusing constitutional rights unless you're prepared to deal with the same criticism.

@MilitantPeaceist I was already subscribed to your channel. I dunno how I missed that 1. I'll be getting 1 of those shirts soon. I shared that vid on my facebook. Let's see how many friends I lose.

@MilitantPeaceist I'm curious to see how many people I offend. I hope it's a lot. It's high time people had this discussion in the spirit of true philosophy (the quest for truth). In truth, I think people are more concerned about what homosexuals are doing behind closed doors than anything truly tangible. Funny, all these neo-cons want people "out of" their lives but those same neo-cons want to be "in to" other people's lives 'cause they're "different".
