  4. I respect your sentiment BUT methinks you're assuming that your upbringing and your own inclinations are cognitively equivalent to the thought process of a rapist. Whereby I'm sure you're a standup guy, you have to understand that some people are hardwired to not be standup guys. You can have responsible parents and still be a piece shit. You can have the most irresponsible parents alive and come out a saint. That's just how it goes. That aside, the issue here is that the judge won't make this man square things up with the house.
