  1. @uoftron He's a REPUBLICAN of course he wants to take money from a pro-social organization. He thinks the poor people should get off their asses, get a job & feed their own kids with their own money. Integration would be a form of federalization. Perhaps it could be more efficient but that comes at a consequence of being more easily controlled by the fed in his opinion. Don't let his calm voice & rational rhetoric fool you.

  5. @uoftron It's nice to be optimistic. But what evidence do we really have?... you see my point. The collateral effect of these proposed cuts is going to be that kids don't get fed. Make no mistake about it. The GOP wants everybody working. So do I. But where are the jobs?
